Shipping charge for a registered mail is 10% of the total price, but minimum value is 12,00EUR. Except express delivery charge (depending on your request). The amount on your next month's Visa or MasterCard bill will show the total cost of your purchase including shipping and any small discrepancies are due to exchange rate fluctuations between the crown (CZK) and your currency or the Euro.

Keep your enamel jewelry away from corrosive chemicals such as alkali or acid solutions and other cleaning fluids. Taking care of your jewelry in this way will prolong the gold's luster.
To clean enamel jewelry do not use ultrasound cleaning. Use a solution of warm water and detergent-free soap and wash gold and enamel gently with a soft-bristled brush (an used or old tooth brush works well). Use your genuine enamel jewel like a genuine antique jewel.
Most of our products are in-stock and can be dispatched within two working days. You can safely expect your jewel on your table within two weeks. Delivery time is one week, occasionally extended by two weeks for just-in-time production. Please do not hesitate to contact us requesting further details. Express delivery, on your request only, is charged on an individual basis, which varies from country to country and the particular service requested.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping charge, less return shipping charge and less a 20% reprocessing charge.

You may return all items (except special orders explained below), which are still in good condition, produced and sold by ALJANCIC - Enamel Craft for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We shall also pay the return shipping cost if the claim is the result of our error.
Our guarantee of perfect materials and manufacturing is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
For up to two years after the date of purchase you may return any item for defective material or defective manufacturing and receive a full refund. The timeframe for making professional judgements on any claim for refund is one month after receipt. In such cases, the only condition we impose is that your jewel has been handled with appropriate care. Nothing more. Nothing less.
